One Pillar will make every effort to ensure your purchase is delivered within 3-5 business days from dispatch confirmation to the address specified during the purchase process for metro-east coast cities. For WA, Far North QLD, NT, and remote country areas please allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery.
During sale periods we will do everything we can to dispatch your order, however, orders may be delayed due to very high volume of orders. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
Upon successful completion of your order, we will provide you with a confirmation email containing details to track your order. If you are not at the delivery address to receive your parcel, Australia Post will leave a card notifying you of the attempted delivery and will provide you with details on how to collect your parcel.
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be shipped within the next 2 business days.
If you are not at your location to collect your order, Australia Post will leave a notice for collection card with details on how to collect your delivery. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, Australia Post will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or misdelivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
We accept orders to P.O Box addresses.
For international retail orders, we offer a discounted flat-shipping rate of $20 via Standard DHL International Shipping. You should receive a tracking number when your package is shipped; however, we do not offer insurance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, additional customs fees, duties, taxes or other charges. We reserve the right to change shipping charges and promotions at any time.
BY UTILISING AUSTRALIA POST MYPOST SAFE DROP SERVICE ('SERVICE') YOU AGREE THAT:
You are aware of the risk of utilising the Service and agree that other delivery options were available to you at the time of order.
Australia Post will not obtain or require your signature on delivery of your parcel, and that it may leave parcels at your delivery address, either in the delivery location requested by you or some other safe location selected at Australia Post’s sole discretion, without obtaining a signature from any person; and, if your parcel is delivered in the manner described in the paragraph above, the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered at the time the parcel is scanned as delivered and left at the delivery address.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage that may be suffered, as a result of any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, by or on behalf of Australia Post in relation to the loss or damage to any parcel, including, but not limited to:
- Where it is left at the delivery address in any location as requested pursuant to this Service;
- Where it is left at a delivery address in a manner that is inconsistent with the delivery instructions specified in the request for the Service; or
- Where it is not left at the delivery address and requires collection from a Post Office; except to the extent that such loss or damage as a direct result of our fraud or wilful misconduct.
